Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide announced the opening of Le Meridien Coimbatore, India, the 100th Le Meridien hotel globally for the brand. Owned by Appu Hotels Limited, Le Meridien Coimbatore is the first internationally branded five-star hotel in the city. As part of its grand celebration, the hotel hosted First Night Coimbatore, on 11/11/11.
